Editorial photography
The magazines have very specific requirements for both the image quality and the delivery time of the final images because of the usually really tight deadlines.
We deliver the images as Tiff RGB, either Adobe RGB or sRGB by your specifications at a size of 12 megapixel = 24 x 36 cm at 300 dpi.
Along with the Tiffs, we deliver all images as "proofs" at screen resolution (640x480 pixels) which are very handy to choose the images which will actually be used in the magazine.
Product photography for magazines is done in the studio with the camera tethered to the computer so you will able to see the images taken in real time on a 19" calibrated monitor.
Because of the tight deadlines you have, you can leave the studio shooting session with the images already on a DVD.
We can also deliver the images over FTP.
The images taken on location are shot in RAW and will be delivered in max. 48 hours from the shooting because they will need conversion to Tiff format.
